I am a firm believer of everybody being creative. Connecting with your inner self and allowing to let appear what needs to appear is a big part of my process. I like to help everybody creating the best circumstances for letting creativity flow and showing that letting go and having no expectations are some of the most freeing tools to allow yourself to create art from within, art that is truly yours!

Creative Intuitive Guiding
"Paint from Within"
3 Guided Art Sessions, 1 hr each

During these 3 online-sessions you learn how to use your intuition to create a painting inspired by a poem (or another inspiration).
Ask about the possibility for Creative Guidance in my studio in Sweden or on other locations.
I'll guide you and will explain how you can paint from within, trusting your own creative intuition.
This process brings you closer to your deepest feelings/emotions and lets you, with help of colours and the poem, describe your emotions on the canvas/paper.
Time and time again I experience this as a great way to express feelings without having words for it.
I am open for any suggestions like organising workshops or anything else you come up with.

What do we actually do during those creative guiding sessions?
Before we start your creative guiding, you will receive an email from me with a number of questions.
Your answers to those questions tell me what you would like to achieve with intuitive painting, I adapt the sessions accordingly.
In my creative guiding sessions you don't need expensive materials, it's about the process of creating, not about expensive paints or fancy brushes.
Of course you can fully indulge yourself in the art shop, I know all about how difficult it is to hold back with all the beautiful colours, etc.
But ordinary acrylic paint from the hobby store will also do fine.
Before we start I will give you a list of what you will need.
During the sessions we will do creative exercises, paint, there is so much to learn from working with different materials.
Please let me know if there is something you would like to try specifically.
For example, we work with poems as inspiration for a painting (possible with multiple guiding sessions, at least 3 sessions required), but also words, collage, mixed media, all is possible.
I will guide you and will let you experience that you too can paint from within, can get out of your head and learn to trust your gut feeling and the process.
So much beauty is created if you can purely work from intuition, on the canvas, but also internally!
That way you create art that only you can make!
